Project Details - Resourcing Tool
This project is about a resourcing portal that allows the the company to handle their employees data digitally by allowing the resource managers to add, edit, update, query and manage the employees competencies for several projects. The business believes that a design solution like this provides a one stop overview report for the managers about all the resources like- which resources are allocated in projects, resources that are free, the resource investment cost, revenue generated by resources in different projects and so on, which leads to maximising the overall potential for the company. With this design solution the managers can expertly juggle between the resources and keep up with their quarterly revenue targets. This resource management portal design represents the frontend web interface for a huge database available for the company’s resource and skill management.
I worked very closely with the resource management teams across domains to understand what the core digital transformation requirements and design functionalities are that needs to be fulfilled. After intense one-to-one discussions, group meetings, and brainstorming I came up with ideas for architectural representation of data and started to build wireframes around them. The end product was a clear and easy to navigate usability design solution.
Project Details - Biotech Company
This project is about an independent biotech company wanting to initiate and own a e-Book with good digital composure. The e-book solution is required to connect the biotech company’s management teams, doctors, surgeons, specialists, and emergency teams under one canopy. The design solution allows to display the latest updates within the organisation, update the users with the recent events, decentralise and distribute emergency operations, share knowledge and more. The business trusts in this design solution to provide a better degree of communication and contact with the Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and the management team of the company.
I worked with a product manager to build the usability solution for this project. As for the starter process, I throughly understood the focus group of users, the design requirements and worked towards laying out a design skeleton which on a later stage was converted to high fidelity wireframes and visual designs. The final product played a major role in assisting the Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and the management team to work with equilibrium and rapidly assist and respond to emergencies.
